About This Message
In a noisy world of opinions, alerts and anxieties, how do you recognise the voice of God? Pastor Samuel walks through 1 Kings 19 — where God was not in the wind, the earthquake or the fire, but in the gentle whisper — and through Psalm 29, where that same voice thunders with power.
You will learn to still your soul, test what you hear against Scripture, and step out in courage when God speaks — because His voice never leaves you where it found you.
"The voice of the Lord is powerful; the voice of the Lord is full of majesty."
Psalm 29:4
Three Takeaways
- 1
Stillness precedes clarity. You cannot hear a whisper in a storm you refuse to leave — make room for silence daily.
- 2
Scripture is the filter. God's voice never contradicts God's Word; every impression must pass through the Bible.
- 3
His voice empowers obedience. When God speaks, He supplies the strength — step out, and power meets you there.
